Daily intelligence,
between and beyond engagements.
Workshops end. Retainers conclude. The market does not pause. Wilson Levy's briefings keep partners and BD teams ahead of it – at two levels of depth, both written to be forwarded to a partner without embarrassment. A complementary layer that runs alongside every other engagement, or stands alone.
The BD Intelligence Briefing
One page a month on what actually matters.
What happened – the two or three developments that matter for legal BD, stripped of hype. What it means – implications for pitches, panels, pricing conversations and client expectations. What to try – one practical, low-risk application for the coming month.
One page. Monthly. Written to be forwarded to a partner without embarrassment.
£195 per month per firm
Firm-wide circulation rights included. Included at no charge for firms on fractional engagement. Three months of Briefing fees are credited in full against a first Commercial Intelligence System licence term.
The Commercial Intelligence System licence
A daily briefing, configured to your firm.
-
01
One or two 90-minute configuration sessions set the firm's profile: practice groups, client sectors, jurisdictions and priority topics.
-
02
The system is calibrated to that profile and a configured sample is reviewed with you before launch.
-
03
The briefing is then delivered every working day, with the configuration reviewed quarterly as priorities move.
Market signals scored across six dimensions, prioritised into act, monitor and watchlist tiers, and translated into pitch angles, partner questions, client conversation starters and a team playbook – formatted for forwarding directly to partners, with internal BD and marketing sections kept separate.
Currently in pilot with a small number of early-access places for mid-market firms.
The Briefing is the natural entry; the licence is the step up. As across the rest of the portfolio, the first commitment is a deposit, never a detour.
